GP Direct is a modern NHS GP practice serving over 19,000 patients in and around Harrow. They provide services from three locations in Harrow.  The development is to meet the increased demands on GP practices to provide space for meeting areas and increased space for patient participation programmes.

The development comprises a two storey extension which unites three existing dwellings together with rooms in the roof space. There is extensive remodelling of the interior  to create a larger waiting area and dedicated consulting rooms with staff accommodation and meeting rooms on the upper floors.
